Program Outline

  Our meditation classes are designed for the workplace. They are short, interactive and the environment is supportive and relaxed. The class can be conducted in-house or at an off-site retreat.  

  Meditation Workshop
Participants will:
  • Learn a meditation technique called Ascension
  • Experience the positive effects of meditation - and how simple and effortless Ascension is
  • Learn how to respond, rather than react, in stressful situations
  • Have a tool they can use daily life to reduce stress, and improve their mental and physical well-being
  • Receive practical tips and reminders for day-to-day use and on-going support to ensure long-lasting change

    Includes a workbook that can be used as an on-going reference.

Follow-up sessions:
The follow-up sessions are a key component, and are designed to support the participants in creating a positive new way of experiencing their work, relating to others and realizing their full potential. The benefits are cumulative and will cultivate and grow as the individual's meditation practice continues.

Ascension is not difficult to learn. All that is required is the desire. It does not require a faith or involve a belief system. It is a tool for stress reduction, and mental and physical well-being.

A Unique Meditation Technique
Ascension can be practiced not only with your eyes closed, but also with your eyes open - including at work! Meaning - it is a tool to help the individual maintain focus; clarity; and a healthy, positive attitude throughout their entire day.
